Radcliffe Jewelers seeks energetic, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill various sales positions in the giftware and jewelry fields. The sales associates’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing outstanding customer service, building individual sales volume, extensive product knowledge, working well with other team members, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.
We are looking to fill both full time and part time positions with ranging experience levels from entry level up. Previous sales experience and knowledge of the industry is recommended but not necessary. Positions are available in both the Towson Town Center location and the Pikesville location.
Other qualifications include:
High school diploma
College degree (preferred but not necessary)
GIA certifications (preferred but not necessary)
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Salary and benefits negotiable depending on experience and position desired. (Non-commission based selling).
Radcliffe Jewelers is seeking an energetic, organized full-time individual for front desk sales support at their Pikesville location. Interested candidates should be self-motivated, have strong organizational and professional communication skills, and must be reliable and responsible. The position also requires the ability to multi-task and intermediate computer skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting customers, entering sales and answering and directing calls. Candidates must be willing to work Saturdays and longer hours during the holiday season.
Radcliffe Jewelers is currently accepting applications for a full-time housekeeper in their Pikesville location. Candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated individuals with at least two years of housekeeping/custodial experience. The qualified candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: keeping the store clean and presentable, emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, polishing silver and cleaning bathrooms. Individuals must be willing to work on Saturdays, as well as longer hours during the Holiday season.
